REFUND POLICY

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis to ensure each members concerns are addressed and dealt with. If a refund is issued for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction.

ColbyKnox does not issue refunds by cash, check or any other payment method other than the original method used.
